We’ll bring the tools, replace slats, and dispose old slats
Your Responsibility:
– Supply slats and nails/screws when required.
– Provide clear and animal-free area to perform chore.
*Note: Max 8 foot long slats.
FENCE WOOD REATACH NAILS/SCREWS
Recess nails/screws wood fence up to 100 sq. ft.
We’ll bring the tools and recess nails/screws up to 100 linear ft.

Replace fence rot board up to 6′ long
We’ll bring the tools, Replace up to 6 ft. rot board, and dispose old rot board.
Your Responsibility:
– Supply rot board and nails/screws when required.
– Provide clear and animal-free area to perform chore.
TRIM
Repair interior molding/trim up to 100 linear ft.
We’ll bring the tools and repair shoe or crown molding/trim up to 100 linear ft.
Your Responsibility:
– Provide any replacement trim if necessary.
– Provide clear and animal-free area to perform chore.
WINDOW SHUTTERS
Adjust, install, or remove up to 2 sets of window shutters – disposal included
Adjust, install, or remove up to 4 sets of window shutters – disposal included
We’ll bring the tools:
– Adjust, install, or remove up to 2 sets of window shutters.
– Test for proper operation of adjusted or installed window shutters.
– Haul away and legally dispose of existing shutters.
