GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Replace 1 disposal
We’ll bring the tools:
– Remove existing garbage disposal.
– Install new disposal.
– **Remove knock-out drain plug if connected to a dishwasher.
– Test for proper function.
Your Responsibility:
– Provide new garbage disposal and hardware, materials, and supplies to perform chore.
– Provide a clear and animal-free area to perform the chore.

Replace 1 shower head
We’ll bring the tools:
– Remove existing shower head.
– Install new shower head.
– Test shower head for proper operation.

SINK DRAIN PLUG
Replace 1 drain plug

– Test for proper operation.

TOILET FLAPPER AND VALVE
Replace 1 toilet flapper & valve
Replace 2 toilet flappers & valves
We’ll bring the tools:
– Remove existing flapper and valve.
– Install new flapper and valve.
– Test for proper operation.
Your Responsibility:
– Supply new flapper, valve, and new water feed flex line, materials, and supplies to perform chore.
– Provide a clear and animal-free area to perform chore.
TOILET REPLACE
Replace 1 toilet
We’ll bring the tools:
– Remove existing toilet.
– Install new toilet including new tank parts fill valve, float, flapper…
– Test for proper function.
– Dispose of old toilet.
Your Responsibility:
– Provide new toilet, tank parts (fill valve, float…) hardware, materials, and supplies to perform job.
– Provide a clear and animal-free area to perform the job.
NOTE: Job is for also replacing parts inside of tank.
WASHER DRYER
Remove/Install washer or dryer, same floor

– Install new washer & dryer, different floor, up to 15 stairs.
– Haul away and legally dispose of the existing washer & dryer.

– Supply replacement washer & dryer and all necessary connections, materials, and supplies to perform chore.
– Provide clear and animal-free area to perform chore.

WASHING MACHINE HOSES
Replace 1 set of hoses
