Media
All images uploaded are auto deleted after 48 hours. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Information you submit in contact forms is used to contact you. It is not used for marketing purposes.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How we protect your data
Our server is on a VPS (virtual private server) to keep our data secure, including yours. The VPS will block brute force attempts, block back door exploits and is an excellent firewall. The site is partially public to search engines to avoid spam bots an hackers from trying to scan user data. We use Wordfence and Stop Bad Bots for extra firewall protection.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the unlikely event of a data breach Fix Crap will contact all users to change email password and what data was exposed. FixCrap.us site will be taken down a scrubbed from user data. At that point we will pin point the problem and contact you how we solved it.
USER DATA DELETION
We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time from your profile page at our website or by sending us an email.
